We realize that waivers can be disconcerting. Even with all precautions taken, there are risks associated with equine activities.  Horses are powerful, large sentient beings and incidents can and do occur.  We share our waivers on our website because we want you to take the time to make an informed decision.  If you have questions, please do not hesitate to ask them.
 
Waivers are not optional.  Parents/Guardians MUST complete a waiver for EACH Participant prior to the child or dependent adult participating in any equine activity.  Please click the attachment to open and print the waiver. 

                              NOTE:
          ALL Participants MUST wear appropriate
              closed-toed/closed-heel footwear.  
          Participants under the age of 18 and all
         dependent adult participants REQUIRE a
                   PROPERLY FITTED ASTM/SEI
            CERTIFIED RIDING HELMET in order to
             participate in any Equine Activities. 
                    This includes all mounted
                     and all ground exercises.
